much ado about nothing

Shakespeare under the stars with pear, kai and tingen in celebration of Kai's birthday! really enjoyed myself. the play was entertaining. we had a variety of food, which was surprisingly filling and we didn't need to go for supper. the weather was good, company was good, and adrian pang was good. haha. and after watching the play, i think the title is very apt - shakespeare: well chosen title!

The first time i went for a shakespearen play was in sec sch, when we studied twelfth night. that was entertaining too! romantic comedy, cross gartered stockings, being in love with love. if music be the food of love, play on. that's abt the only line i can remember.

much ado abt nothing is another romantic comedy, and a very entertaining one, though twelfth night has a richer storyline. but this is more lighthearted. its funny how something written in old english such a long time ago is able to speak to today's audience.

the bible is even more zai huh. few thousands years old and still so real.
